Zombie Take-Out Episode 24: 25 If You Count The Mezzanine

The Hudsucker Proxy
Scotto and Uncle John discuss a movie that features two writers and a director who we will hear from again and the return of one of our favorite character actors. This week on Zombie Take-Out it's 1994's The Hudsucker Proxy. Is it all style over substance? Was Jennifer Jason Leigh pulling a Shatner? Will we ever review another Paul Newman movie? Well, ok probably not on that last one.

Next week ... Swamp Thing

Even though I thought this was kind of a silly movie. I love Paul Newman in everything he has ever done. And I thought Tim Robbins and Jennifer Jason Leigh were great. I loved her as an actress ever since I saw her in 'Single White Female.' Yeah I could never figure out why that guy jumped out the window either. It just didn't make sense. The job listings board was crazy. Did those jobs even exist in history? I'm just curious. The funny thing is I had a HulaHoop as a child. A very simplistic toy that brought me many hours of fun. I remember that reference to Hudsucker in Raising Arizona. Hudsucker really gets around it seems. I love the Coen Brothers. I can't wait for next week. One of my favorites, Swamp Thing. Great Podcast, guys. I love it.
